Pilates or yoga on your lunch break in Dubai
Mornings are rushed and evenings fill up fast. The lunch break might be the easiest time to move. Here's how to fit a Pilates or yoga class into your day in Dubai.
Why lunchtime works
- It's quieter: lunchtime classes are often less full than 7 AM or 7 PM.
- It breaks up the day: you go back to your desk with more energy and less stiffness.
- Your evening stays free.
Make it fit in one hour
- Choose a studio less than 10 minutes from your office. The Spotd Map shows the ones near you.
- Pick a 45-minute class if you can.
- Prepare a small bag: fitted clothes, grip socks for Pilates, a towel, deodorant, a bottle of water.
- Eat a light snack before, and your lunch after class, at your desk if needed.
