Morning or evening: when to book your class in Dubai
Some people only feel good after a 7 AM class, others can't think of moving before 6 PM. Here is what each time of day brings, and how it changes the price on Spotd.
Morning classes
- The day starts with something done, and nothing can push the class back.
- Cooler hours to get there, which counts in Dubai from May to October.
- Lighter traffic early in the morning.
A dynamic class (vinyasa, reformer) wakes you up better than a coffee. Eat something light, or nothing, before an early class.
Evening classes
- Your body is warmer and often more flexible at the end of the day.
- A real break between work and home.
- Slower styles (yin, restorative, hatha) help you sleep better after a long day.
Evening slots after work are often the most popular, so they can fill up quickly.
When is it cheaper on Spotd?
On Spotd, the price depends on how close the class is: -20% when it opens, 12 hours before, -30% from 4 hours before, and up to -40% in the last 2 hours.
For morning classes, there's a little extra: from 10 PM the evening before, classes that start before noon are at least -30%. So you can book tomorrow's morning class before going to bed, already at a good price.
The best time is the one you'll stick to
The best moment is the one that fits your life. Try both for a week or two and see when you feel best, and when you actually show up.
