Cheap yoga in Dubai: how to pay less for your classes
Yoga is one of the best habits you can build in Dubai, but drop-in prices add up when you go a few times a week. Here's how to keep practising while paying less, without a membership.
What yoga costs in Dubai
A drop-in yoga class in a Dubai boutique studio usually costs less than reformer Pilates, but it's still a real budget if you go several times a week, especially in hot or aerial yoga studios.
Here's how to keep practising without paying full price every time.
1. Book the last spots with Spotd
Yoga classes rarely fill every mat. With Spotd, studios release their last free spots a few hours before class, at a lower price. The closer the class, the bigger the discount, up to -40% (see how it works below).
Same studio, same teacher, same class. You pay one class at a time, with no membership and nothing to cancel at the end of the month.
How Spotd works
The last spots of the day, at up to -40%
The closer the class, the lower the price. Morning classes are already at -30% from 10 PM the night before. Free cancellation up to 2h30 before.

Classic vinyasa or hatha classes are often cheaper than specialised formats like hot or aerial yoga. If you're open to different styles, you'll find more classes, and more last-minute spots. Not sure what each style is? Read yoga styles explained.
3. Go when the studio is quieter
Mid-morning, lunchtime and early afternoon classes have the most free mats, so they're the easiest and cheapest to book at the last minute. See also morning or evening class.
4. Try first-class offers
Many studios have an intro offer for your first class or first week. Use them to find the studios and teachers you like, then keep the price down with last-minute spots on Spotd.
5. Skip the membership if your week changes a lot
A membership pays off only if you go often to the same studio. If you travel, work late or like changing places, paying per class at a last-minute price is usually cheaper. More in Pilates and yoga without a membership.
