Beach yoga is a lovely idea, and in Dubai it depends on the season. Outdoor sessions are at their best in the cooler months, roughly from November to March, early in the morning or around sunset. In summer, the heat makes an air-conditioned studio the better choice.

Getting there
- By car or taxi: the simplest option, along Jumeirah Beach Road or Al Wasl Road.
- Metro: the Red Line runs further inland, so plan a short taxi ride from the station.
- Parking: spaces near the beach fill up at weekends. Allow a few extra minutes.
Best times to find a spot
Mornings are the busiest, especially at weekends. Late morning and mid-afternoon classes often have more room, and the closer the class, the lower the price on Spotd.

Can I book a yoga class in Jumeirah for today?

Is Jumeirah the same as Jumeirah Park?
No. Jumeirah is on the coast, between La Mer and Umm Suqeim. Jumeirah Park is an inland community further south. Check the Map to see how far a class is from you.
